Loan Repayment
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) interested in applying for the loan repayment award should visit the National Health Service Corps website at http://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loanrepayment/ for more information on the Loan Repayment Program and the eligibility requirements. Applications will be accepted until funds are exhausted or September 30, 2010, whichever one comes first!
Discounted tickets to the Hippodrome
The University Events office has partnered with the Hippodrome Theater and is offering discounted tickets to the UMB community! In addition, they have included some new and easy features to make ordering tickets better and more efficient. The improved ticket ordering system allows you to view the seat locations before your purchase so you can be right where you want to be for the show! You also have the ability to print your tickets out at the end of the transaction.

Free Membership at the New Student Center for Graduates within the past year!
The new Southern Management Corporation Student Center is located at 621W. Lombard Street. If you graduated in May of 2009 then your membership through University Recreation and Fitness is good until May of 2010. This membership includes access to a 25-yard recreational swimming pool, a 7,000-square-foot fitness center, a spinning studio, several multipurpose rooms, two basketball courts, two racquetball/squash courts, an elevated running track, space for power lifting, and state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment with audiovisual enhancements. The only expense would be if you were interested in the special classes offered.
