This Webinar is for faculty interested in using SafeAssign in Blackboard. To get the best out of this workshop, users should know the basics of Blackboard -- how to log in and find their courses, how to load an item into their Blackboard site, and how to use the Control Panel.
SafeAssign, that works within Blackboard, is a plagiarism detection tool instructors can use to check the originality of students' work. This workshop will review how SafeAssign works, how to set up assignments in Blackboard to be checked automatically, and how to spot-check student work, even when papers aren't submitted via Blackboard.
This Webinar will allow you to use WebEx to participate from the comfort of your office, or if you prefer or do not have speakers and a microphone, you can request a seat in Room 3e36 where headsets will be provided.
