If you are interested in becoming an agency partner and providing Field instruction to our MSW students, please click this link to complete an online agency profile application. Please also submit a Field Instructor application (found here) for each staff person who would serve as the student's Field Instructor. Once this application has been submitted, a Field Coordinator from the Office of Field Education will review your information and contact you with further information.
