Adding an Email signature is easy in Outlook 365. You can even use images.
For complete instructions on how to add signatures to your emails via the Outlook Web App, you can watch this video. To edit signatures in the Outlook desktop tool, open Outlook, select preferences, then select signatures.
Adding images in the desktop tool is as easy as copying and pasting the image from your computer into your signature and resizing the image to what you want.
For signatures at the School of Social Work, you can simply add the text "Strengthening Society" or copy and paste any of the following tag lines. Please do not add all or mix the tags lines together to create your own. The tag lines below are the approved tag lines for the SSW
