Research Interests: He has directed more than 70 studies related to child welfare services, children’s behavioral health, pregnancy prevention, and child abuse prevention. He is the Chair of the Grand Challenges for Social Work’s Executive Committee and has been honored by SSWR, NASW, the American Psychological Association (Div 37), and many other groups for his scholarly contributions.
