Located in Montgomery County, Maryland
Perfect for the Montgomery County, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia student, the Universities at Shady Grove (USG), Maryland’s largest regional center, is an innovative partnership of nine University System of Maryland (USM) universities on one campus in Montgomery County.
Masters of Social Work courses currently offered at USG include all of the foundation courses and select advanced courses in the Clinical Behavioral Health specialization. Students applying for admission to the MSW program may complete their plan of study at the USG campus only if they select the Clinical concentration with either the Behavioral Health or Families and Children specialization.
The admissions criteria and deadlines are the same for students applying to take classes at the Universities of Shady Grove and Baltimore campuses. Information about application deadlines and program requirements can be accessed on our admissions home page.
