Student Practicum Education Orientation

Practicum Orientation is mandatory for Advanced Standing students and Foundation students who are taking practicum for the first time.  To clarify, "Advanced Standing" students are those students admitted with a BSW who will complete the program in one year, while "Advanced" students attended orientation previously for their Foundation year - these students do not need to attend this year.  Only new students need to attend.

The Practicum Orientation is held virtually in August.  Students must attend prior to starting their practicum

We invite you attend a virtual Practicum Instructor Orientation.  During the orientation we will review the instructor role and expectations, student assignments, and answer questions. (The orientation is not eligible for CEUs.)
