July 26-28, with Pre-Institutes Training Programs on July 24-25.
Registration for The Pre-Institutes will begin on Monday July 23rd – Wednesday July 25th. Registration for The Training Institutes will begin on Tuesday, July 24th.
The full program begins with the Opening General Session on Thursday 7/26 and ends at 3:30 PM on Saturday 7/28.

Yes, at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC. Information about the hotel and a link to reservations are on our website. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible.
How much is each session?
After registering with the one registration fee, participants at The Training Institutes may attend all the sessions of their choice throughout the program. There will be a selection of over 100 different Institutes and Workshops over the course of the program, in addition to a special presentation on Wednesday, July 25th. How much is it to register to attend?
The Training Institutes registration fee is $925, for Early Bird registration $850 (until March 31st), and $1,025 for onsite registration, AND payments not made prior to July 23rd.
There is an additional cost of $295 for the intensive, two-day Pre-Institutes Training Programs. Pre-Institutes will precede The Training Institutes and will take place on Tuesday, July 24th and Wednesday, July 25th. The complete list of Pre-Institutes and info about each session can be found here.
When’s the deadline to register?
We recommend registering as soon as possible but everyone is welcome to register as soon as they’re able, we don’t have a cutoff date. Additional onsite fee will apply for all onsite registrations.
Are you still accepting poster presentations?
At this time we are no longer accepting poster presentations.
If you have submitted a poster presentation, please make sure that you complete the information form on our website.
Do poster presenters get a discount?
Poster presenters are responsible for the full registration fee.
Will scholarship assistance be available?
Parent and Youth Scholarship Applications are now being accepted. The deadline to submit scholarship applications is April 16, 2018.
Will there be assistance for hotel and travel costs?
All participants and faculty are responsible for their own hotel and travel costs.
What meals will be provided?
PRE-INSTITUTES: Breakfasts and lunch will be served for Pre-Institutes Training Program attendees on Tuesday July 24th and Wednesday the 25th.
INSTITUTES: Breakfast and lunch will be provided the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the Training Institutes. There will be a Poster Session Reception with Hors D’oeuvres on Thursday, as well as daily refreshment breaks.
I can only attend the Pre-Institutes/I can only attend one day of The Training Institutes, is that an option?
One day registration is not an option for The Training Institutes. If you just would like to attend the Pre-Institute program, you are able to. The registration rate for Pre-Institutes is $295. Please email email@example.com for more information on how to register.
Can I pay by check or purchase order?
Check and purchase orders are accepted as a method of payment. All checks and payment of the purchase orders must be received by July 23, 2018 (with no exceptions) to not be considered an onsite registration. Onsite registration fees are an additional $100. Please mail all checks with a copy of each registration confirmation that corresponds with the check payment.

Can I register onsite?
We recommend registering prior to the conference; however, onsite registration will be available. There is an onsite registration fee of $1,025 for all registrations and payments received after July 23rd. Pre-Institute registration may also be available onsite; however, space is limited for this opportunity.
