Rachel Leah Kraus (she/her) currently runs a private practice in Maryland. She provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed therapy virtually to clients in Maryland, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. Additionally, she provides DBT-informed executive function coaching to clients nationwide. Rachel has been using DBT-informed care over the past 18 years through a variety of contexts including schools, residential treatment facilities, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. She has an interest in making the tools DBT has to offer accessible to more clients by way of a more universal design. Rachel has already begun this work through her writing including co-authoring a manual "Tailoring DBT for Autistic Clients" through Guilford Publishing and authoring several related articles. In addition to writing and providing direct client care, Rachel provides trainings and consultation to clinicians nationally and internationally on adherent DBT for neurodivergent clients.
