Jason Noel

Dr. Jason Noel, Pharm.D., MPA, BCPP is a board certified psychiatric pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in providing clinical services for people with psychiatric disorders and with intellectual disabilities with co-ocurring behavior health conditions. He holds faculty appointments as Associate Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and an Adjunct Faculty II at the University of Maryland School of Graduate Studies.  He received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Rutgers University College of Pharmacy.  He completed a residency in Psychiatric Pharmacy Practice at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.  He later obtained a Masters in Public Administration at the University of Baltimore.  He teaches pharmacology and therapeutics in UMB’s Pharm.D. and Physician Assistant graduate programs as well as to audiences of training and practicing clinicians, including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and social workers.
