Tay Johnson 200pxTay Johnson MSW, BSW is a Program Coordinator at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work, where he supports the Doctor of Social Work (DSW) program through student services, program coordination, and administrative leadership support. Serving as the primary point of contact for students and applicants, Tay manages the admissions process, student records, coordinates academic activities and events, and serves as a key liaison between students, faculty, and university departments. Tay also oversees program documentation, supports advising, course scheduling, and ensures compliance with university and accreditation standards while contributing to program development and outreach efforts. 

Tay earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Coppin State University in 2018 and obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Salisbury University in 2020. Outside of his work at UMB, Tay is also actively involved in professional and academic organizations, including Phi Alpha Theta Rho Honor Society at Coppin State University, and Coppin State University Social Work Association.
