Jessica CalleJessica is a first-generation Latina professional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and doctoral student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she is pursuing research in financial social work with a focus on Latinx communities. She currently works as a mental health therapist, primarily serving low-income, Spanish-speaking families in an outpatient clinic setting. Jessica specializes in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy. She is a Board Approved Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist, and a Certified Trauma Specialist. She holds a Financial Social Work Certificate and is also certified in Unified Protocols for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders in Children and Adolescents. Jessica is committed to culturally responsive and financially empowering mental health care for underserved populations
