Jihyeong is an international student from South Korea whose research centers on aging and disability. She explores how disabilities—particularly mobility and neurodiverse conditions—relate to aging in place and the use of home and community-based services. Her current work examines individual and neighborhood factors associated with mobility decline, the potential role of social participation in this process, and the influence of mobility status on the risk of becoming homebound.
