Using this portal ensures that all campus screen content is delivered in accordance with UMB accessibility standards and the updated Title II regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Revised instructions for Digital Screen Assets

When preparing digital screen slides, please follow the specifications and best practices below to ensure optimal display and accessibility.

Slide Specifications

  • Create slides in Microsoft PowerPoint or other compatible presentation software.
  • Use a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
  • Use high-resolution graphics and images to maintain visual quality.
  • Include a QR code with a call-to-action (CTA) (Scan Me, Register Here)
  • Spell out hyperlink, ideally a shortened URL
