May 2022: Dr. Julie Miller with MIT’s AgeLab was featured in AgeLab’s blog on her partnership with FSWI teaching a continuing professional education course on combatting financial fraud with elderly populations.

January 2022: FSWI collaborates with UMB and community partners on a $5 million three-year grant from JPMorgan Chase to develop a wealth continuum initiative in Baltimore called POWER.

January 2021: M&T Bank Supports the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Community Engagement Center with an investment in financial education and career readiness programming for the West Baltimore community. Free tax preparation and other financial well-being services will be provided by FSWI community partner the CASH Campaign of Maryland.
