Haelim is a PhD candidate at UMSSW. Prior to joining the PhD Program, she worked as a post-adoption services social worker at the adoption agency. Drawing on her practice experience, she developed a research agenda that examines ecological factors and intersectionality in understanding children’s health and well-being.
