Hannah Kozaczek, LCSW-C is the Assistant Director of Social Work at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where she supervises clinical social workers in med/surg, critical care, burn and trauma, post-acute, and ambulatory settings. She received her BA in Social Work from McDaniel College and her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice. She has worked in healthcare since 2005.
