Dr. Lovell is a Provost Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy & Practice. Dr. Lovell received his Ph.D. in social work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, and an MSW from New York University, Silver School of Social Work (with a specialization in clinical social work). Dr. Lovell has been featured on television shows discussing homelessness such as Here and Now with host, Sandra Bookman. In addition, Dr. Lovell was featured in an ABC documentary speaking about the intersection of race, racism, and homelessness titled: Our America: Living While Black.
