Roman Makonnen, LICSW, MSW, MEd is a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University, MSW from Howard University, and MEd in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. She is a school social worker with DC Public Schools and consults for Children's Hospital performing psychiatric assessments. Roman also has experience in adoption therapy, international social work, and as a special education program coordinator.
