Licensing & Exam Preparation

Students are eligible to apply to take the LMSW exam in Maryland once they have begun their final semester of the MSW program. For District of Columbia licensure, students must be within 90 days of graduation.

 Students will have access to these materials until August 31, 2023.

Students seeking an LMSW in Maryland are no longer required to submit this letter. Students seeking licensure in other states may request a letter here.
